The Champion Power Equipment 201271 2400-Watt Portable Dual Fuel Inverter Generator with CO Shield® is ideal for camping or tailgating. Champion’s EZ Start Dial makes getting started quick and easy. Power up with the reliable recoil start, plus Cold Start Technology ensures a quick start in cold weather. Included are a covered 120V 15A household duplex outlet (5-20R) plus a 12V regulated automotive-style outlet. This inverter operates at 53 dBA from 23 feet – about the same noise level as a dishwasher.

Just add oil (included 10W-30), and operate your Dual-Fuel generator right out of the box on gasoline or propane, and easily switch fuels with the EZ Start dial. When the 1.1-gallon tank of gasoline is full, the 80cc Champion engine produces 2400 starting watts and 1800 running watts and will run for up to 11 hours at 25% load. When using a 20-pound propane tank, it produces 2400 starting watts and 1620 running watts and will run for up to 34 hours at 25% load.

Connect with another Parallel Ready Champion Inverter or Power Station for more power and longer run time. The optional parallel kit (sold separately) allows you to integrate two inverters, plus the kit has a standard 30A RV outlet and a 120V 30A locking outlet.

Confidently connect your sensitive electronics since this inverter produces Clean Power (< 3% THD). Designed for safety with a low oil shut-off sensor, this model has a 0.4-quart oil capacity (included 10W-30). Champion’s Inverter Technology includes smart Economy Mode, which monitors the electrical load to reduce engine speed, noise, and fuel consumption. Fully assembled with hassle-free setup, the built-in carrying handle makes transport a cinch.

CO Shield technology monitors the accumulation of carbon monoxide (CO), a poisonous gas produced by engine exhaust when the generator is running. If CO Shield detects unsafe elevated levels of CO gas, it automatically shuts off the engine. CO Shield is not a substitute for an indoor carbon monoxide alarm or for safe operation. DO NOT allow engine exhaust fumes to enter a confined area through windows, doors, vents or other openings. Generators must ALWAYS be used outdoors, far away from occupied buildings with engine exhaust pointed away from people and buildings. Meets the requirements of ANSI/PGMA G300-2018.
